We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was quaint and clean, with great and fantastic location in the town centre. Truly enjoyed how the extremely spacious and absolutely fantastic room with view was arranged when we arrived. Location: the property was close to the market place, and a courthouse, a manor, and perhaps more;)))

The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of the town at the main town square, offering an amazing view of the surrounding area and the old church. The staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.
No significant negatives, everything was satisfactory.

I appreciated the traditional-style building, beautiful room. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe were included. The location was great there, directly across from the big church. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the center of the town square. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service in the restaurant was impeccable. The restaurant offered a great selection of typical German/schwäbisch meals. The atmosphere was authentically charming, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were really comfortable with beautiful views.
All aspects of my stay were exceptional.

The warm smile the staff gave when we arrived made us feel welcome from the first moment. The best location in town with a great view from our window (room 103) on the church and market. Room was spacious with very good beds and pillows. Good breakfast in a very comfortable spacious room. The bathroom was small, which you can expect in a building over 500 years old (as well as the lack of an elevator), but unfortunately no place to put your clothes and bag and bath stuff. Nevertheless this 3 star hotel can be considered as a 4 star and gives you value for money. Note that most nights in June, July and August the stairs of the church and square are used as stage and theater. Nice (even spectacular) to watch from your window for one night, but it might be noisy and the streets to the romantic marketsquare are closed with curtains for the public. For this reason we think May, early June, late August and September are the best periods to visit Schwäbisch Hall

The location of the hotel was excellent, right across from the church and the Xmas market area. It was very convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the holiday festivities. The hotel offered a nice incentive of €5 per day if you opted for no room service. This was a great way to save some money during my stay.- The rooms were large and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. I had enough space to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
The unclear parking situation. The hotel did mention that you could park in front with special permission, but they often refused to give the permission and even encouraged guests to pay parking fines instead.

The hotel has an excellent location, right on the market square. The staff were helpful but immediate parking can be a problem as there is very little of it. We had to park on a nearby 24 hour parking facility, which was safe and cheap but a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit salad and a good selection of meats and cheeses. The room was spacious with an excellent view over the market place.Because of its proximity to the church there are bells to contend with, but in a way that adds to the character of the place. The restaurant serves good food at a not too expensive price.

Great location with easy access and situated at the heart of the city. Enjoyable breakfast and tasty traditional German cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The staff was courteous and helpful.
The floors were a bit creaky, disrupting the peace and quiet. The room was too small for comfort and lacked sufficient storage space.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
